Danish gaming peripherals manufacturer SteelSeries will sponsor BLAST Bounty Hunt, the inaugural Dota a couple of event from tournament organiser BLAST.
The joint venture will SteelSeries granted a variety of branding opportunities, including the established presentation of all “Bounties” along with the equipping of every analyst plus caster with SteelSeries headphones during broadcasts.

The event, which was announced in May, may see OG Esports, Team Solution, Nigma, NIP, Alliance, plus Team Liquid go head-to-head for a $145,000 (£115,00) prize pool. It should take place across five days, through June 9-13th.
Leo Matlock, Commercial Director from BLAST, described the appeal of a partnership with SteelSeries, which also sponsored previous November’s BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen: “The partnership provides a perfect fitting for both brands together with BLAST and SteelSeries discussing a keen eye for innovation plus great passion for the regarding esports. We’re thrilled to own SteelSeries on board for BOOST Bounty Hunt, and getting some exciting fan diamond ideas with their Dota a couple of heritage, as we look to broaden into the popular game plus deliver the first class tournament of which viewers have come to expect through us.”

BLAST Bounty Hunt will have a dynamic prize pool, extra bounties, and an online fan prediction game. A month ago also saw a sponsorship together with online bookmaker Betway announced for your event. The partnership may also see a number of SteelSeries goods up for grabs during several special gifts planned across BLAST’s message and social channels through the entire tournament.
Tim Ashton, European Head of Esports for SteelSeries, also mentioned on the deal: “BLAST have got proven time and again that they’ve got what it takes to release top tier tournaments and functions, and we’re excited to participate in their first foray in Dota 2. This landscape is a proud part of each of our heritage, and we can’t wait around to see how the Dota a couple of community engage with this fascinating new addition.”
